“I've always loved shopping at Aldo, but my recent experience was disappointing. The shoes I received looked used and the packaging was damaged. I ended up sending them back right away.”

“The product quality doesn't meet even the basic requirements I have always bought handbags which is very regretful This is the last time I have had bought something from this brand Really pathetic quality. Prices too high and quality very low Not justified..”

“I order a purse & a pair of earrings. When the loonies tune purse came to me it was damage with pinholes & the earrings was missing both stones. I did my investigation & found out the products where shipped & packed by the Kitchener location in Fairview Park. I just want to know why they would send damaged products out to customers. Thank good the Mavis location so helpful & I was able to exchange my earrings there & then went to Square One to return my loonie tune bag.”

“I bought a pair of Pink/White Aldo Mirai brand sneakers...$95.00 + tax. 6 weeks after purchase the shoe top started ripping apart from the sole. When I brought them back to the store I was told I was lucky to have them replaced because it was a 'wear and tear issue' and was told that rather rudely. The same shoes were on sale the day of return 50% off but that was not taken into consideration. I wore the shoes maybe 5-6 times and assumed $100 + pair of shoes would last more than 6 weeks. I asked if I could pick another pair instead of the same shoe because they damage easily. I was told NO and this is now considered Final Sale. I no longer trust Aldo name brand and will not ever again think Aldo sells quality merchandise and treats you respectfully when their product falls apart just 6 weeks after purchase. Maybe they fight you for damaged items returns because they have to do it too often....it's my guess anyway. Say no to Aldo sneakers not worth the money.”

“I have bought a pair of white boots last winter and had a chance to wear the for 2-3 times. This winter i wore them maybe 4-5 times. White boots are not for everyday use. When i was buying them, it was said that they are made from leather. That is why i decided to spend a good amount of money to buy them, hoping they will last for some time. Nope! They started to tear off on the seams and the top of the shoes is peeling off. Great! Dissatisfied and so mad! Will never buy their shoes again!!!”

“I bought aldo shoes last year 2021 because of the nice designs but i got disappointed of the quality. I used only twice and easily showing cracks after and looks it will tear apart soon.. Specifically whiete shoes.. See photo to believe.”
