“I have purchased two pair of shoes from Aldo's in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, which is located in the Washington DC Metro area. The shoes are great, compliments and comfort abound. JeNelle the manager at the store was great, excellent listener and fantastic problem solver. I had a problem with a zipper on one of the shoes. I'll buy from JeNelle and Aldo's again, great stylish shoes and outstanding customer service, thanks JeNelle.”

“Went shopping with a friend Hillcrest mall in Richmond Hill. Let me tell you that CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON POINT! Their customer service was so BRILLIANT that I had to ask if they took a special course to work their. Respect to those employees on Monday after. Respect to Aldo for taking the time to care about their customers. Trust me I AM IMPRESSED & THATS NOT EASY! 👊🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾”

“Visited a store in Kansas City for the first time! The associates were so helpful in all regards! I got a beautiful pair of heels but noticed there was a defect on the heel when I got home. Went back the next day to return them- store associate Emily Lopez was so kind and helpful in processing my return. Great customer service overall!”
