“Worst quality products, my bag’s handle broke in just 2 usage. Company/customer support doesn’t take any responsibility nor even bothered to ask for images to see what happened. I will lodge a consumer complaint against Aldo”

“Disappointed with ALDO’s Online Order Handling: I placed an order on ALDO’s official website on May 2, purchasing three pairs of boots, including the Toney boots in black and brown, for an upcoming family wedding later this month. The order was confirmed, and I was charged the same day. Suddenly on May 5, ALDO abruptly canceled two out of the three items, citing they were suddenly out of stock — despite confirming availability and payment three days earlier. This last-minute cancellation has caused unnecessary stress, especially as I let go of other boot options based on ALDO’s confirmation and was relying on their timely delivery. I reached out, only to be offered a generic 15% discount — the same one available to any first-time user — which doesn’t address the inconvenience or the trust broken by this experience. I didn’t just lose boots — I lost time, peace of mind, and viable alternatives for an important event. I hope ALDO re-evaluates how it manages online inventory and considers the real impact of such cancellations on customers who shop with trust and purpose.”

“I ordered my shoes online. When the shoes were delivered, the shoes were already worn with a clear, visible crease on the shoes and the sides of the shoes were ripped at the seams. This is a very unpleasant experience as a first time buyer from this brand, I won’t be shopping here again.”

“Do not by online. The worst customer service. This is the first time I've seen a well-known brand literally ignore its customers. They delivered my order without warning or calling me. I complained six days later, and they told me it had been delivered. As a result, my order was lost. I wrote to Aldo, and they literally didn't even bother to respond to my email. Don't buy online; the worst option.”

“Yesterday I was at Aldo;Outlet mall Niagara falls .It was crowded, I was waiting for the rep for about 20 minutes and finally I approached a male rep,he was disrespectful and rude,asked me to wait. After half an hour a female rep approached me,the male rep never showed up,nor did he have the courtesy to apologize for the delay.Finally at check out another rep Tirath who helped me getting the pair of shoes did not apply the discount .When asked he twisted the conversation. Highly unprofessional behavior and attitude of the reps.Also I was overcharged 10 dollars. Will NEVER go to that store EVER.”

“I purchased an Aldo shoe (ORDER #AL00215343; Ordered on Oct 26, 2024). Within 4 months, the shoe’s pasting has completely come off the sole, the top layer is getting peeled off into pieces like a crumbled paper. I have never put water on it, have been trying to take care by regular cleaning and polishing, and is wearing only to my office. Aldo markets itself as a premium brand and put a price tag accordingly, but the product quality is worst than that of the local market. Totally disgusted with my experience with Aldo.”

“I spent $50 on a gift card which I accidentally dropped beside the cashier. After much running around between the store and the Customer Service line where they verified that I had indeed purchased it, they refused to cancel it and would not respond to further inquiries.”

“Sou cliente da marca desde 2019 e sempre fiquei muito satisfeito com os produtos. No entanto, no ano passado, adquiri uma bota em cognac – modelo TIBERIUS – que, após 90 dias de uso, apresentou defeitos de fabricação. Dirigi-me à loja, onde fui orientado a entrar em contato por e-mail, uma vez que a compra havia sido realizada online. Segui essa orientação e, após o contato, recebi o valor em crédito, o qual utilizei para adquirir uma sapatilha e outro par de sapatos, complementando a diferença. Ocorre que, após 5 meses de uso, o novo sapato começou a apresentar problemas, como podem ser observados nas fotos em anexo. Esse incidente tem me deixado receoso em continuar utilizando a marca, devido à recorrência de defeitos. Ao consultar a loja, fui informado de que, por se tratar de uma troca, o prazo de garantia seria contado a partir da primeira compra, o que já teria expirado. Dessa forma, venho formalizar esta reclamação, esperando uma solução adequada para o caso, considerando o histórico de defeitos nos produtos adquiridos.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, but the size was too loose, so I requested a return. I received a message with the contact number of the pickup agent. The same evening, the agent came to my home and collected the shoes. However, the pickup status is still marked as pending. I’ve sent countless emails to Aldo and the courier company. The courier company doesn’t respond, and Aldo claims it’s a courier issue they cannot resolve. The delivery agent who picked up the shoes insists it’s a system problem. This has been a horrible experience. I’ve lost ₹9,000, and no one is taking responsibility. Avoid purchasing shoes from their online store at all costs!”

“I recently bought a pair of shoe. I trusted the salesperson and brand, but the shoes were highly uncomfortable. I wore for one hour, and I could barely walk for next two days because my fingers were hurting so much. I don’t like shoes at all. I advice everyone not to buy one if you are looking for comfortable and good looking shoes. The shoes are highly highly uncomfortable. It was waste of money.”

“I’ve had shoes that I spent $50 on last longer than the pair of Aldo Orlovoflexx at the original price of $140. Terrible quality buckle breaking in 3 months at a non physical desk job only walking from my office to the parking garage. Your money could be spent better anywhere else unless you want to buy 4 pairs a year.”

“I ordered my wedding shoes, for the all white party and wedding day. They sent me used shoes. Even after I sent the pictures, nothing was resolved. This is the second issue with them. If you’re having a special day, such as a wedding. Don’t buy their shoes, if so order 5mths before hand.”

“Realizei uma compra on-line, através do site www.aldoshoes.co.uk, quando estava morando em Londres. Na ocasião do pedido, comprei uma bota e uma bolsa, ambas descritas no site como itens em couro. Eis, que para minha surpresa, a bolsa não era feita de material nobre, mas sim de material sintético (contrário ao especificado no site). Entrei em contato com a empresa e eles solicitaram a devolução do item. Reembalei a bolsa e encaminhei a empresa Aldo Shoes UK através do seu sistema de coleta. O envio foi confirmado, bem como o recebimento da mesma em sua central. Porém, após a verificação do estado da bolsa, recebi um e-mail informando que o item estava em perfeitas condições, porém o reembolso não seria feito porque a empresa foi vendida e a nova gestão não faria o ressarcimento de nenhum item devolvido. Imaginem minha surpresa!…😱 Eles poderiam ter informado isso, antes mesmo que eu enviasse o item de volta para a empresa, assim poderia repassar a mesma para outrem. Fui lesada duas vezes: 1. na aquisição do item divergente ao anunciado; 2. Quando realizei a devolução do item, eles retiveram a mercadoria e não reembolsaram o valor da compra. Essa empresa é fraudulenta, seus especialistas agem de má fé, com base no sistema precário das leias locais. Desta forma, prejudicam seus clientes e os roubam escancaradamente, sem qualquer punição. Não comprem jamais com a Aldo Shoes.”

“Purchased these black heel boots for my daughter for a present. She wore them three time and the heel broke while she was walking from the inside. Took them to shoe repair and they told me $150. They have to make a new heel. They get this a lot and boots are cheaply made. Horrible”
