The selection at this location was not very good and was expensive for the quality. Looked elsewhere in the mall and Designer Show Warehouse and Shoe Company had more variety.

ordered two pairs of shoes, money deducted, but order canceled after a while. Call the customer service 5 times each time the staff helped me to create a new order but all got canceled in a while. Need to call to ask for money back. The last time they said the shoes is out of stock. They said it is the bank that cancel the order but the bank said it should be the website (money deducted!) No comment. Only truth

Order a pair of shoes for the first time back In aug from off line. They came used and dirty in the inside and by they tie area. Then for Black Friday I order two pairs of shoes the first ones just came, two different styles and two different color shoešŸ˜ž. How am I supposed to wear these shoes. Customer service was no help. He located my order and then after telling me itā€™s no sup available, their system is down and they cannot send me out a return lable

Ordered shoes, belt and earrings online. Only one shoe was in the box, earrings are broken and no belt. Useless. Customer services wonā€™t send me new items, I have to send the one shoe and broken earrings back and wait 10 days for a refund!! Terrible customer service, do not order online!!!

I ordered a pair of boots online for my friend's birthday. I waited for the weekend and send them an email and chatted online to be sure everything is fine. I was assured it is fine and it's waiting in Wearhouse to be released. Nothing happened. checked and tracked still not shipped. chatted with them again after seven days to be sure my friend would receive for the birthday. They said they verified my order and in the next 48 hours, it will be shipped. After 48 hours they sent me an email and said sorry the product was out of stock and they won't ship my order. They were lying to me for over a week :(

Ordered a 4.5 but 7 arrived and they were dirty and worn! Not new as you would expect an online order to be, will not be ordering from here again!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on Sunday, February 17, 2019 (1 week from today). I got home today and still didnā€™t receive my package. I went online and tracked my order and it said it has not been shipped out. I called customer service number about this issue because itā€™s been a week already. And the website says that it takes 1-2 business days to ship out. The rep then informed me that my ordered has been cancelled and that I have to go into the store for a refund. I am very upset because I didnā€™t get any type of cancellation notification. I informed her that I purchased my shoes from Williamsburg and I do not stay in the area. She said that she can process the refund over the phone but itā€™ll take up to 5 business days! (ANOTHER ISSUE) I asked to speak with a manager and she told me to call back tomorrow. Thatā€™s was not an option for me being that I have been waiting for my shoes longer than expected. I asked again for a manager and she transferred me to Laurie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept saying that sheā€™s making an ā€œexceptionā€ for me to process my refund over the phone because they donā€™t do this! Exception!??? How is that exception? Aldo took MY money but CANCELED my order DIDNT notify me and you going to say you are making an exception to give me MY MONEY back. She insisted that the system automatically sends out a cancellation email. Which I find it strange that I receive every other email from Aldo but didnā€™t get this one! I also think itā€™s strange that your website states that my order has not been shipped. It says NOTHING about it being canceled. I also asked for discount on my next order due to this being the 4th time that I ordered from Aldo and they screwed EVERY ORDER up somehow. She offered me a 15% discount. Which to me is UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!! Then she said 20% is the most can do! Iā€™m not accepting 20% and then have to wait until you guys process my money back. Your shoes are already on the higher end in pricing 15-20% is nothing but tax! The manager Laurie wouldnā€™t budge, didnā€™t show any type of consideration that Aldo shoes screwed up once again! She was very rude and need some training on how to handle a customer who have complaints when we are spending our money! And she still didnā€™t process my refund! I will call back again tomorrow morning and speak with someone one! But in the mean time I will go on every website google have for Aldo shoes and leave a review. Iā€™m tired of spending my money on companys that do not appreciate us customers!

I have had a frustrating time with Aldo shoes in Canada; Toronto. Having bought something online in Dec 2018 I returned in within the first week of Dec due to size issues. I had to follow up several times to still not have my return processed end Jan 2019. Now having my return finally processed they refund me a value not the same as my purchase value. The customer service assistant is so confused how to process my query she keeps asking me to track my return. Never will i shop at Aldo shoes again. Terrible service and management.

Robson store people is very unprofessional, I complained about a shoe that I bought 2days ago and I had a blister on my foot from wearing it once, anyway I didn't want a refund but I want to get a different one so they try to convince me that it will be okay so I left and will never be back

I had the worst experience in my life buying shoes at Aldo. First, i ordered a pair of full price heels at the store because they did not have my size in stock. When the shoes arrived at my home, it was obvious they had been worn in already, returned, repackaged and sent to me. The bottoms were dirty, there were scratches and indents in the heels AND the right shoe had a sole insert left in it. I was beyond disgusted that I was charged full price for shoes that had clearly been worn and returned and not even repackaged properly. When I went to the store to explain what happened and for a refund, the lady acted like it was totally normal for the store to send out used shoes to their customers. To top it off, the storeā€™s system was down so I had to wait about 3 hours for my refund. I was not offered any apology and no discount. I am disgusted by this storeā€™s practice and apparent lack of respect for their customers. NEVER shopping here again and advising everyone I know to avoid dealing with this racket of a store.

Placed two orders online for one pair of the black suede Cassidy shoes. First order, shoe had scuffles all around it, and my hands would turn powdery black each time i touched the shoes. Went to the mall, and showed the Aldo manager the defected shoes. She too couldn't believe how bad of a shape they were in. Unfortunately, the store did not have my size so we had to order it online again. When the shoes arrived the second time around, it was the same thing all over again. I just got these shoes in the mail too. Can't believe Aldo could make the same mistake twice, and all they can do is give you $15 off after spending almost two hours on the phone with customer service including waiting to get someone. Customer service and quality obviously is low on their list. Photos will speak for themselves.
