My wife and I were new customers after buying a few pairs of shoes and a purse. I was going to join their membership, but after seeing that ALDO is forcing me to opt in so that they can share my information with their trusted partners, I am no longer interested in doing business with them, because this is unacceptable.
They give you the option to email them afterwards, but I shouldn’t have to email them later and ask to be removed; I should be the one to make the decision if I want them to add me in the first place. How dare ALDO force us. That being the case, ALDO does not deserve our business.
I did not sign up for their membership and they’ve lost both of us as customers; we don’t believe in giving business to companies that take advantage like this.
