“I never received my order and the ai chat doesn’t understand. I have tried many times and have no support. There is no way to speak with a human. Every time I address this problem the ai asks me to start a return or call the shipping company, which also has no answers.”

“worst service and worst customer care support,should learn quality from CenterPoint and other companies like first cry,namshi,6th street and amazon. 1st time im returning an item to Aldo and yet taking weeks to even respond and they are so crooked that no customer call center line.”

“I ordered my wedding shoes, for the all white party and wedding day. They sent me used shoes. Even after I sent the pictures, nothing was resolved. This is the second issue with them. If you’re having a special day, such as a wedding. Don’t buy their shoes, if so order 5mths before hand.”

“I bought a slipper online in UAE under their sub brand “call it spring” and it was defective because the sole was peeling off, they refused to give a refund or return or even to call me. The same brand operates as Aldo, call it spring and also 6th street website.”

“Realizei uma compra on-line, através do site www.aldoshoes.co.uk, quando estava morando em Londres. Na ocasião do pedido, comprei uma bota e uma bolsa, ambas descritas no site como itens em couro. Eis, que para minha surpresa, a bolsa não era feita de material nobre, mas sim de material sintético (contrário ao especificado no site). Entrei em contato com a empresa e eles solicitaram a devolução do item. Reembalei a bolsa e encaminhei a empresa Aldo Shoes UK através do seu sistema de coleta. O envio foi confirmado, bem como o recebimento da mesma em sua central. Porém, após a verificação do estado da bolsa, recebi um e-mail informando que o item estava em perfeitas condições, porém o reembolso não seria feito porque a empresa foi vendida e a nova gestão não faria o ressarcimento de nenhum item devolvido. Imaginem minha surpresa!…😱 Eles poderiam ter informado isso, antes mesmo que eu enviasse o item de volta para a empresa, assim poderia repassar a mesma para outrem. Fui lesada duas vezes: 1. na aquisição do item divergente ao anunciado; 2. Quando realizei a devolução do item, eles retiveram a mercadoria e não reembolsaram o valor da compra. Essa empresa é fraudulenta, seus especialistas agem de má fé, com base no sistema precário das leias locais. Desta forma, prejudicam seus clientes e os roubam escancaradamente, sem qualquer punição. Não comprem jamais com a Aldo Shoes.”

“Purchased these black heel boots for my daughter for a present. She wore them three time and the heel broke while she was walking from the inside. Took them to shoe repair and they told me $150. They have to make a new heel. They get this a lot and boots are cheaply made. Horrible”

“I bought a pair of brown shoes at Aldo for $ 152.08 on April 16, 2024. I only wear these shoes two times. I can't wear them anymore because of poor material. That bothers me because it's a waste of money.”

“I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of dissatisfaction regarding a purchase made at your Aldo store Sahara Centre . I bought a pair of shoes, and unfortunately, they have become damaged within just one month of use. I have tried reaching out to your customer service team Diera city Centre and they refused. Furthermore, I am disheartened to report that my claim for a refund or replacement has been refused. I have attached photos of the damaged shoes for your reference. I trust that my concerns will be addressed promptly, and I look forward to a resolution to this matter at the earliest convenience.”

“Defective shoes that completely fell apart within a few weeks and terrible customer support that is hard to contact and only gave a partial refund for shoes that were clearly defective. Aldo used to be better. Whoever is running the show over there now should be fired.”

“Bought shoes from James at the Fourseason mall in Greensboro had them for one hour took those back when I bought them. I left the box with him went back the hour later he said he did not have the box would not do a refund very very, very rude do not ever buy shoes from James and Greensboro at the shoe store there”

“I purchased a pair of Aldo shoes three months ago from Templeton Mall, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. Despite being gentle with my footwear, these shoes have developed a significant crack in such a short time. This kind of wear and tear is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as high-quality. I will not be buying from Aldo again and cannot recommend their shoes to others. Very disappointing experience.”

“I bought over 20 peaces of sunglasses Non of them has sunglasses case , I gave gift to my sister and was searching from other places case to buy ! It’s not matter of the money but ita fustrating that I couldn’t pay extra and get case imidiately from them . 3 of sunglasses scratch couse I delay buying cases . They just put it in Nailon willow bag and few in a very soft material the glasses which can’t really protect them”

“The shoes are beautiful. The Second time i wore them it rained and they got wet so the top layer was coming off. And in the following Days they kept disintegrating. I've never had shoes with such low quality. I am very upset because i basically gave away over $160 USD. This system Doesn't allow me to upload a picture it keeps saying that my file was unable to be uploaded.”

“My wife and I were new customers after buying a few pairs of shoes and a purse. I was going to join their membership, but after seeing that ALDO is forcing me to opt in so that they can share my information with their trusted partners, I am no longer interested in doing business with them, because this is unacceptable. They give you the option to email them afterwards, but I shouldn’t have to email them later and ask to be removed; I should be the one to make the decision if I want them to add me in the first place. How dare ALDO force us. That being the case, ALDO does not deserve our business. I did not sign up for their membership and they’ve lost both of us as customers; we don’t believe in giving business to companies that take advantage like this.”

“I bought the Kravis shoes and my feet had blisters on the top within an hour of wearing them. I was so happy to receive and wear them and within an hour was dying to get home and take them off. The leather on top made blisters to my feet. I adjusted the top straps to wear my feet felt comfortable getting in and then after a while of walking blisters occurred on the top of both my feet. Horrible material and cannot return them now. Waste of $90. Do not by these shoes.”
