I ordered a pair of shoes, but the size was too loose, so I requested a return. I received a message with the contact number of the pickup agent. The same evening, the agent came to my home and collected the shoes. However, the pickup status is still marked as pending.
I’ve sent countless emails to Aldo and the courier company. The courier company doesn’t respond, and Aldo claims it’s a courier issue they cannot resolve. The delivery agent who picked up the shoes insists it’s a system problem.
This has been a horrible experience. I’ve lost ₹9,000, and no one is taking responsibility. Avoid purchasing shoes from their online store at all costs!
