Order a pair of shoes for the first time back In aug from off line. They came used and dirty in the inside and by they tie area. Then for Black Friday I order two pairs of shoes the first ones just came, two different styles and two different color shoe😞. How am I supposed to wear these shoes. Customer service was no help. He located my order and then after telling me it’s no sup available, their system is down and they cannot send me out a return lable
