Unfortunately I received a faulty Ari bag. The lining ripped after only a few uses. This should not happen on a bag that costs over $300 on sale ($399rrp) but I understood that these things happen sometimes.
I wanted the same bag again, so I contacted Alf customer service to ask if I could send the faulty one back and receive a new one. They told me that I was unable to get a replacement as i had purchased it when it was 20% off and that they were now full price again.
Alf customer service were also quite poor at replying to emails. I did receive a refund 2 weeks after sending it back, but I am disappointed in the whole process.
