Disgusted 2 yrs in a row you have cancelled my holiday... with no reasonable excuse leaving me only to get a refund... there are no alternatives to my booking because there is now no availability.. you do so without apology , explanation
or compensation you are a disgrace and I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN ..
