“Roy draver was ok but talked too much he sometimes told you where to go before we got there ! I think he gets mixed up lol 😁 The trip to hotel was very long olny got to hotel at 6.30 pm ! Trips out where ok but he give too long in ride & newport. Shanklin hotel was good but you have to go up & down hills to get to the shops and sea ! I had 2& 1haif days in the resort too long but lucky they did a bouat trip wich was ok but was wet & windy so colud not see much ! Lol and went on an afternoon to the needles was ok but clody and bit windy Breakfast and eveing meals where good and Most of the week i had Reece was new and amy was training reece up by end of week he was very good 👍”

“Just got back from a trip to the Hydro hotel Llandudno and i must say my wife and i and 2 friends enjoyed it immensely. Our driver Dave was fantastic he could not do enough for you. My wife and her friend hired mobility scooters for the week and every time we went on an excursion Dave would put them on the coach and take them off again and he done it with a smile. The hotel was clean and tidy but the bedrooms could do with a bit of renovating because they looked a bit tired. As for the entertainment well i was lost for words it was absolutely diabolical it looked like they went to an old peoples home and asked if anyone could do a tune and booked anyone who said they could, but we had a laugh. The restaurant was nice and clean and as for the meals i would not say they were Michelin star but they were adequate. Our waitress for the week was a young lady called Marina and as far as we are concerned she was the shining star of the week. Always polite funny and an amazing memory we looked forward to going in for meals just to see her. Overall a very good weeks holiday. Already booked 2 holidays with Alfa for next year, we can`t wait.”

“The queens hotel blackpool is superb fantastic staff food drink cleaniness all the staff are hard working waiters chef and house keepers cleaners top Mark's safe clean tidy spacious lovely room and really fantastic location and hotel receptionist quick and easy check in room and bathroom lovely. Well done massive praise as well to all the staff especially night entertainment. I would have liked bingo to go on for bit longer but what a great hotel and staff. Lovely holiday from start to finish great people great coach driver great hoilday. Coming back here in dec counting the days well done to all involved thank you”

“A group of 18 have just returned from ilfracombe a lovely hotel food staff & entertainment excellent our trips was a bit hilly but some very pretty towns & villages calam our driver was very good considering he had never done that tour before thank you once again can’t wait for our next trip”

“Went to melrose on 8 day trip there is nothing to do nr hotel and its in its own gronds but was very windy & raining everyday 😞 so did not go out on the 2 & 1/2 days of lesuer just stayed in hotel ! Too far to walk to center of melrose 20 min + lol walk a way ! Could of got taix but there & back would of been lot of money ! Hotel was very good food aas nice enterement was ok bingo was at 9.45 😯 too late ! Days out where good but lot of traveling draver dean was ok but 1st time going this trip so did not nowe anything !”

“Had to ask to change a super saver I had booked earlier in the year, when I found out I was going to a hilly destination and I’d just had a small back operation. The lady I spoke to ( sorry I didn’t get her name) was very very helpful and got me on a different super saver to a flatter destination . Superb customer service, I have 7 more holidays booked with them this year and looking forward to them all. Never been disappointed with Alfa Travel.”

“We have been going with Alfa for about 10year all over the place all hotels are great we have been to Bognor Regis for 3years twixmas and new year and already booked trips to Bognor Regis and Llandudno this year and twixmas and new year at Bognor food is always very good entertainment not brilliant but not to bad the only problem is waiting for the feeder to go home”

“5 day tour to Exmouth 16th March. Everything from start to finish was 1st class!! Coach travel, driver, hotel, food and tours - EXCELLENT!!! Yes the hotel was a bit dated but the quality of food and lovely staff more than made up for that. Thank you we will be back x”

“Absolutely loved it well done alfa although the window was broken couldnt get to close window had it looked at by maintance guy in reception and manager came to our room very quick got it sorted. Receptionist wasnt there when wanted a taxi later that evening twenty min wait for someone it was the same af dinner understaffed but spotless clean lovely hotel. Over looking llandudno beach excellent food and drink great power shower plentiful hot water. House keeping an amazing every room was spotless clean but would like to have more towels no bar of soap room basic bathroom small but manageable great fun bingo singer ok. Really great staff and manager and had lee as our driver from Rotherham. It was really long journey though set of at 7.15am got to service station at rotherham at 9.25am then it was travel none stopped until after 1pm had 40 min break at another service station in chester before reaching the hotel at 3.25pm half an hour early we did a sea scenic tour on the way to hotel. Lee wouldn't do enough for us very nice chap highly recommended driver and highly recommended tour we loved it came on 23rd march with alfa. I would love to do this trip again. Already got 3 more hols this year with alfa they are very good value”

“Just returned from a twixmas break to Selborne hotel in Dunoon Everything was perfect the driver Steve couldn't t do enough for us The hotel was good with an refurbished bedroom and bathroom Meals and entertainment were above average for a hotel of that size Only complaint was the rudeness and bad manners of the baggage handlers at Burtonwood. They all need to go on a customer service course as the way they spoke to travellers was appalling”

“Absolutely fantastic holiday went to melrose xmas break from start to finish it was excellent couldnt fault a thing safe clean warm room spacious excellent food and drink. Sang danced made friends the scenery was beautiful it was second to none lovely attentive staff and house keeping excellent receptionist and night porter. Entertainment hit and miss but great drinks cheap enough from bar would do this holiday again in a heart beat brilliant driver Richard he was funny attentive pleasent and knowledgeable so please to have got to know him could not fault the driver he took us to newcastle as well on the way home and did the scenic national Northumberland park excellent. We all laughed on the coach and sang songs it was excellent from start to finish”

“Very good holiday was on hols to melrose beautiful part of the country not a bad journey at all driver kept us all entertained and food drink was excellent really good. Hotel entertainment quite poor found the singer and bingo player patronizing and rather really annoying hotel room beautiful and spotless clean grear bathroom and very well maintained hotel. Lovely and quiet place no probs there. It's a shame about the entertainment rather quite poor and boring that's the only downside. Excursions very good and coach driver funny entertaining patient and knowledgeable great driver. Would do this hoilday again maybe in couple of years fabulous staff in the bar lovely and helpful”
