Had a lovely 5 day break in Northumberland with Alfa travel. The Holiday Inn at Jesmond was very clean and the food was good. The staff were very friendly. The itinerary was good but I would miss out Whitley Bay. Vindolanda is a more interesting fort to visit than Chesters. Our coach driver Jed was very pleasant and obliging. I would definitely travel with them again.

Alfa travel always make me happy I've been on about ten 5 day hols can't fault them .Last one was to Eastbourne great hotel as was food and entertainment a special mention for our server Stevi a delight hard working efficient and friendly lady. And drivers Darren and Carl A slight criticism the manager and his staff seemed officious. And tended to be overcareful with the coffee in the room we told them we needed some they gave us two sachets.Still we had a great time and met some lovely people thanks again Alfa your number is in my phone

As a first time traveller with Alfa I really enjoyed my trip to Newcastle and Holy Island. Lee our driver was knowledgeable and helpful. However I was disappointed when the hotel was changed to the Holiday Inn as I had heard such good reports about the Alfa Leisureplex Hotels and of course there was no evening entertainment. Holy Island was great but it was a shame not to see Hadrian's Wall itself. I would have preferred a trip to include Housesteads Fort (on the Wall) and Vindalanda rather than Chester Roman Fort.

My adult daughter was taken ill on the journey to the Hotel and admitted to Bangor Hospital for an operation. Thus, my four days at the Hydro Hotel, Llandudno was extended to twenty four days and the staff looked after me VERY well. I would like to commend Zoltan, the assistant manager and Konsantin, the manager, for their continuous support Finally thank you to Louise Baker, customer support who arranged our safe journey home to County Durham

Stayed at Queens in Eastbourne last week. Hotel is dated but very well run. Food was very good and the rooms clean. I was on top floor (5) but the lift is brilliant and very reliable. Holiday spoilt by the strong sea breeze every day. Went to Hastings on Thursday but this town is dreadful so don't go. Otherwise all ok. We had a good driver. Hotel is in a great position. Get your cuppa in the Victorian tea room on the pier 5 minute walk. It's nice on there.

Very poorly maintained place. The guy in charge of maintenance and building repairs is definitely getting a back hand. Very shady work.

Christmas at Cavendish Hotel- Exmouth. Positives-Hotel was very well run, meals were excellent, all staff brilliant, Many gifts from Santa.Management did generally a good job.Negatives- Boiler broke down day we arrived so b-- cold, blankets were supplied to some heaters for others, Steps to front very difficult for elderly, disabled, bad eyesight problems, lift very temperamental, door keys again hit and miss, not really disabled friendly hotel. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Undergoing work for 6 weeks from 3rd Jan-needs a lot of attention. Our main Driver Clive was brilliant even though unwell so 100% review for him. Our Feeder driver was rude /arrogant didn't even introduce himself, totally insulted at least one lady passenger. Not what you expect from Alfa drivers ? Summing up --Can't give 5 star rating although staff were excellent, Hotel not so good ,many problems with an old building, major works need doing for elderly /disabled/poor eyesight guests.

I lost so much and was really devastated, I had to seek help until I was directed to Mr. Sharon O'Neil and his Recovery company and Foundation that helped me to recover all the money I had lost. It was really worth it. I will be happy to share my experience with anybody, you can also connect with him for help and assistance for a successful and secured investment without any loss of funds. mail him SHARONRECOVERINGEXPERTS @ gm ail . co m

turkey and tinsel to blackpool not what i expected, room very small with no "do not disturb" notice, no heating. catering every day had menu items missing or not available. Monday dinner:- not offered a roll, rain out of main meal (chicken), no waifer with ice cream, only two scoops of ice-cream (three on menu). Tuesday dinner:-not offered roll again, very long wait between end of starter to main meal (15 minutes), ran out of main meals completely (at least six dinners had no main meal). the barman was very terse and abrupt. Wednesday breakfast:- tost was untouched on one side and loolked and felt like dried bread on the other, dinner was the smallest i've ever seen (2 small brussels sprouts and roast potatoes looked like boiled potatoes that had been shown the oven, no cranberry sauce, mince pie was very thin, all pastry, cheap and nasty. on the plus side entertainment was good. reports from day out to manchester market confirmed it was not for us:- too spread out, too much walking, very little to see. Tour driver was very good considering it was his very first tour.
