We went to Eastbourne for 4 days back end of January 9 hours on the coach I asked hays travel to be on the 2 floor as we not well and don't like lifts .we were on 5th floor no heating no hot water carpets mucky .manager was very rude he wouldn't move us said to my husband he throw him out if he didn't calm down lots of guests were cold waitress was lovely very helpful. It took 9 hours to get back to Scarborough with one stop .payed 50 extra for sea view but had to keep curtains close as really coming in from the windows we are both not well over 70 years old my husbands on morphine

Why have I not received a brochure yet. My sister ordered one for me with a voucher from you about 3 months ago, my daughter ordered one about a month ago on line and I rang over a week ago and still haven't received it.

Just got back from Eastbourne last Friday the day after I started to feel unwell. I took a test on Sunday morning and tested positive for COVID. What i want to know is are there measures in place to protect elderly and vulnerable people who travel on your coaches and in your hotels, because we were getting in lifts that were crammed full of people in lifts which were built in another era.

Just wondering how you pick your drivers. Recently been to Cromer with Malcolm as the driver. He definitely should not be involved with people. Stayed at Hotel De Paris which was lovely and the staff so helpful.

Coach tour from Imperial hotel, Ilfracombe. Returned 21/09/2019. Why did our group have to change coach at Memsbury and travel on to Reading? 5 coaches had to do this. If we had been informed of the reason why it wouldn't have been so bad but everybody was mystified and were worried that they wouldn't get a seat. Memsbury was crowded and couldn't cope with the influx of people so there weren't enough seats available for those that had mobility problems. It would be nice to know why.

Why have you started Pick up with a Mini coach? My husband and eye plus many other of your customers find these vehicles hard to enter, we should be told when this is the vehicle being used. The Hydro hotel is covered in Scaffolding making the Hotel having to give a different room (we paid £42 each for a walk in shower + twin beds front facing, WE HAD A SIDE VIEW, does this room warrant the extra payment!as regards Driver of the year, we had e wonderful driver, informative, funny, ,exceptionally helpful, Thank you.Derek for caring about me with my walker. Llandudno 25/08/19 .He should definitely be Driver of the year. Derek was applauded by All the Passengers.

I have been reading lots of bad reviews that Alfa have been using old coaches as a back up to their own and people are saying that they are old and smell. I would like to book a holiday to Shanklin on the 27th July but have been put off if I would been travelling in a old uncomfortable coach. I look forward to your reply.

Hi I am partially disabled and as my scooter is not the fold up type I usually hire one in resort do you know if this facility is available in Weymouth and Bournemouth coach holiday and is the resort suitable for mobility scooter travel ie very steep roads etc.?

1 want to book for 2 couples, one pick up in rochdale the other in bolton, do we get taken to a central depot where we will join the same coach and can we make sure we sit next to each other?
