What is happening at South Mimms Interchange? Hardly anyone to tell you what time to get your coach for onward travel. On return trip, even worse - just 2 staff. No information on what time coaches were departing or which minibus to get on. One poor woman got left behind. No Alfa Travel coaches either. Had great Easter break in Weston Super Mare, but a lot more helpful staff needed at interchange.
