We have just returned from our first coach holiday as a family of three. Tony took us to Fort William on The Jacobite Tour and we had a great time. Tony was reassuring on our journey up when two accidents caused us to be delayed; the staff at Croit Anna were welcoming and friendly; service and food were excellent and the rooms comfortable. The excursions were well planned and informative and the trip on the steam train was magical. As a visually impaired passenger, I felt supported and the trip was accessible and our elderly mum was also well looked after. The trip was well worth the cost and the only complaint our teenager had was that he didn’t win Bingo! Thank you Alpha, Tony and Croit Anna, oh and the weather was very fortunate too!
