We have just returned from a trip to Holy Island and Hadrians Wall, with Alfa Travel, the trip was very good, but, we used the Caledonian Hotel, Jesmond, Newcastle as our base, not impressed, short staffed, infrequent assistance, room issues, restaurant issues, cold food….. the hotel let the trip down, please Alfa, stop using this hotel, or you may start loosing customers …
