Just back from another smashing holiday at The Queens Hotel Blackpool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to look after everyone. We have been with Alfa self drive to this hotel many times and have always been satisfied. I have a wheelchair but this has not been a problem at all. Special thanks to Tyler on Reception for taking such good care of us - Chris - for bingo and entertaining us and for the restaurant, cleaning and bar staff. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to return. .
