Just returned from Scarborough--Yorkshire after a wonderful 5 day holiday, not a single complaint to make about the Cumberland Hotel, fantastic staff in all departments, drivers were fantastic,polite,helpful,cheerful,even with awkward travelers.Must make a reference for Richard [ Bland's Coach ] our driver he helped everyone each time, even doing first aid at one point. our two days excursions were fantastic too.This is our 3rd break with Alfa and not one complaint, do hope you get at least get a gold star rating this year as it is well deserved.Christmas is our next one with you and already sorting out for 2025 Spring break.Well Done.
