We were on a group holiday with our u3a. Alfa picked us up at 2 very convenient points. John was friendly and a very good driver. Shanklin Hotel on Isle of Wight was excellent: clean comfortable rooms, beautiful dining/entertainment room, food choices and food itself were great and our waitress, Brooke, was outstanding. All the staff seemed happy and helpful.
The chef was incredibly helpful with someone who had intolerance of common foods. Evening entertainment was good. We will not hesitate to book again with Alfa.
