Went on first trip with them to Bournemouth on my own.our coach driver simon was fantastic with info about places and told jokes so all people became friendly with each other which is good when travelling alone. He gave us all he's phone no in case we got lost or needed him. Ist rate. Hotel though basic was clean breakfast very good dinners not very good but for the money you could not complain . All staff very helpful and friendly and spoke to everyone . Have booked second trip already.
