Had such a great experience with the big green egg company, from start to finish. Had a small issue with one of the parts and replaced it right away with no questions asked.
if your looking for a top quality ceramic grill, look no further. I spent a long tome reviewing the competition (Kamado joe) and a lot of the reviews you see are paid.
I went to stores to see test the fit and finish of them both and the green egg really is superior. it may cost you slightly more but in the long run you realise why.
