My consignment arrived late, despite booking a specific delivery date, The very expensive egg table had minor damage caused by poor packaging, and the Egg BBQ itself was scratched.
I contacted Alfresco to let them know about the issues, and they eventually offered me a partial refund to be paid in 3-4 days.
However, it is now 3 weeks later, and despite chasing, I still do not have the refund.
A reasonable product with overly strong marketing, let down by poor packaging, poor service and late delivery. I can't recommend.
