I have plantar fasciitis. I work over nights in automation for USPS. I am on my feet, on hard cement, 8-12 hours a night, 6 days a week. I've been using align for roughly 8 months and these inserts have made a world of difference. While I wear the shoes they're in, I do not feel my heel pain at all. I feel the most discomfort right after I take off my shoes as I get home from work and the support is no longer there. I highly reckoned align if you need better support and relief of the pain plantar fasciitis causes.
