Aline was fine to order from, just not exemplary. I had some issues connecting with customer service about ordering but nothing terrible and they were helpful when I reached them.
I do find using the website to select insoles not that helpful and even after using the system they have to pick your soles that I still needed to contact customer service. When I did reach them, again, they were quite helpful.
