I have used ALINE inserts in my shoes for the past few years and my feet don’t hurt anymore. My symptoms of plantar fasciitis are gone and I’m convinced that wearing the ALINE inserts are the reason. I use the inserts in my every day shoes and wear the cushion inserts when walking a few miles on hard pavement.
