I have had issues with a Morton Neuroma in my right foot and had to wear bulky orthotics. While they were formed for my feet and my issues, they were thick, heavy, and I had to get bulkier shoes to fit them. I was introduced to ALINE at least 10 years ago and decided to give them a try. I haven't had any huge flare-ups since and I have been able to go back to less bulky running shoes! ALINE, also, helps with my foot-knee-hip alignment. I won't run with anything else in my shoes.
