Hi, I like your products. Your customer service is exceptional. Prompt personal calls are much appreciated. I'm disappointed in your $10 charge for the little wedges that tilt the insert for people like me that pronate. When I first started purchasing your products the wedges were included in the basic price. Now I pay $10 for about $0.03 of plastic. For me the wedges are a necessity. Your products aren't cheap. Boosting the basic price over $100 seems excessive. Just my thoughts.
