I bought a pair of Aline insoles for my road bike shoes because I was getting numbness and tingling in the ball of my foot. Well, then I bought a gravel bike and had to put them in those shoes, and then I bought a mountain bike and definitely needed them in those shoes too. They are the best, most comfortable insoles on the market. I recommend them to everyone who is having pain and discomfort in their feet.
