I love your shoe indoors. I have planters fasciitis and they really help me. I had to call to order them because I had a question about an extra piece to put into the insole. When I spoke to Ben there he said I could order that piece, which I did. I just opened them today for the first time because I just bought another pair of shoes and the extra piece was not in the zippered package. I still love your product but I’m sad that I didn’t get that piece.
