I originally contacted Aline to discuss how their winter sports product would work in my ski boots. Communication about delays after the order was placed was a bit frustrating at first, but Aline reached out and resolved this issue very satisfactorily. I'm glad that I was patient and will say that now that I'm using two of these systems (one in my ski boots and the other in my tennis shoes) I'm a fan and will likely be buying more of these systems in the future.
