I learned of these and bought a few at PaleoFx2019 ( 3 for myself, 4 for my husband, 1 for my son)
I wish I had a better review to give, but since I have been using them my left hip situation, and on right foot bunion and pain in ball of foot have worsened.
My husband hasn't noticed and positive changes, so is not convinced in the investment of them.
