The red ALINE System has a brilliant dynamic element that is effective for both the foot and the chain upwards throughout the body. They are firm yet one "uses" them; so, they are not hard. I am 69, I have a 4 level lumbar fusion, some spotty lower extremity weakness, hyperpronation on one foot and slowly falling arches.
