I had a plantar fibroma and fasciitis so I went to a podiatrist and he wanted me to have surgery and to spend over $500 on ONE pair of custom orthotics. I researched stretches and and my chiropractor who sells Aline orthotics for alignment suggested I try them. I have them in all my shoes now. My fibroma is nearly nonexistent and there is no pain. My fasciitis only flares up if I don’t wear my Alines when I go for a hike or a long walk. I even put them in the crocs that I wear inside on my hardwood floors.
