Excellent product. I had been looking for an insert for some of my shoes that made my ankles hurt but wasn’t sure which ones to purchase. Then I learned of Aline through the Dave Asprey Biohacking box and gave them a try. I am now happy to be able to wear the shoes. Great insert.
