We didn't have the best start as i ordered online and chose the delivery date to then get a phone call to say it was a bank holiday and they couldnt deliver - the system should have been updated to show this.
Then i was told the fire wasnt in stock and they would have to wait for the supplier to reopen.
However, I still give them 5 stars as Paul did then keep me updated and delivered as soon as they had it in stock. We havent set the fire up yet but we are very happy with the quality
