“I ordered an electric fire from All About Living. They contacted me to arrange a quick delivery, where other companies couldn’t deliver for upto 6 weeks. The fire looks lovely and came well packaged. We are now just waiting for the flue to be sent as that wasn’t in stock at the time of the order.”

“Fantastic company. The owner rang me up personally to arrange delivery from one of his own couriers rather than sending out via a 3rd party courier so it didnt get damaged. Excellent communication. Cheapest price online.”

“Ordered the Dimplex Oakhurst opti fire. Order process easy and very good communication. Once the fire was unpacked, unfortunately the log bed was broken and the remote control did not work. I telephoned and spoke to sales. They went above and beyond for me, ordering replacement items from Dimplex. Both items received within 2 days. Great after sales service.”

“Cannot fault All About Living. Had already done my research and seen the Optymist fire preferred in reality but not happy with local supplier. I located other authorised suppliers and choose All About Living, even though I am top end of North Yorkshire! A few clarification questions by phone, order placed same day, delivery came next day via DPD. Not a mark on the packaging. Fire was perfect. Very, very easy to set up. From my experience nothing was too much trouble for All About Living. I felt they were grateful to you, the customer.”

“Pleasure to deal with and cheapest price on the net for the log burner I was after. They also use there own delivery drivers so could communicate very easily and direct with them, they left it in my back garden as requested. Would defo recommend and use again. Thanks Jools”

“Reassured buying online when I saw Living is an established retailer with a large showroom. Buying process, delivery arrangements and service was first class. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Wood fire purchased was a very competitive price .”
