“Ordered the Dimplex Oakhurst opti fire. Order process easy and very good communication. Once the fire was unpacked, unfortunately the log bed was broken and the remote control did not work. I telephoned and spoke to sales. They went above and beyond for me, ordering replacement items from Dimplex. Both items received within 2 days. Great after sales service.”
