“All About Living came up on the internet when we were looking for an electric stove to replace an old gas fire. They have a good range of stoves in stock, all competitively priced. Unfortunately though when our first stove arrived, although it fit the space fine, it was much too big for the size of the room. Scott, Paul and the team in Sales handled the return very well indeed - we were able to repack the stove and exchange it for something smaller (a Dimplex Bayport Optimyst Black, which we are very pleased with). All had been efficiently dealt with in a week and it was nice to be able to deal directly with the people by phone as well as email. The delivery man Gary was also very helpful, delivering the second stove on the hottest day of the year without complaint. I would definitely recommend this company and its helpful staff.”

“Great staff, very helpful, the fire for my media wall was delivered to the North East using one of their own delivery drivers without any problems. Media wall is being installed in 2 weeks time so fire not installed yet but I'm not expecting any problems, big shout out to Paul and to Scott who even FaceTimed me to show me the differences between 2 fires, great customer Service all round”
