Cannot fault All About Living. Had already done my research and seen the Optymist fire preferred in reality but not happy with local supplier. I located other authorised suppliers and choose All About Living, even though I am top end of North Yorkshire! A few clarification questions by phone, order placed same day, delivery came next day via DPD. Not a mark on the packaging. Fire was perfect. Very, very easy to set up. From my experience nothing was too much trouble for All About Living. I felt they were grateful to you, the customer.
