This is the second car we have used in New York since arriving. On both occasions we have listened to the drivers moaning about where we're going and seeming to blame us for not knowing where they were taking us. We found this very rude as it is not our responsibility to sort out the confusion between the driver and the company giving them information. Later in to our journey the drivers have become friendlier as they clearly at this point want a tip!
