I reserved my car about ~16 hours before pickup. After setting my pickup time, I realized when looking at the confirmation email that I needed to be picked up an hour earlier. I called Allstate, changed my time, and received another confirmation email of the correct time. The next morning, the driver was not ready and waiting (or so I though), and I called into the service again. In their system, my pickup time was still listed for the later time, despite the confirmation email that I received. Amazingly, the driver was already there, even though my pickup time was "supposedly" not for another hour. The actual ride itself was quick and smooth and the driver was very apologetic, but thankfully he was there early.
