Our driver was excellent! I've encountered drivers who made me feel unsafe for a variety of reasons, but our Allstate driver made us feel very safe. Additionally the ride was smooth, the vehicle was comfortable, and our driver was friendly without being intrusive. One of the best NYC car services I've ever used. I will definitely be using Allstate in the future.
