" This is your website statement , to clarify it wasn't a Cadillac Escalade, the driver whilst pleasant enough wasn't in executive attire, there was no bottled water or newspaper offered ! We were happy to pay a premium for your service as the trip was a surprise treat for our daughters 18th, but I am very unhappy with what's been delivered. I await your response before I issue reviews elsewhere.
