While the driver was there on time waiting for us, he took only my luggage and left my friend to schlep her own, no wheels on it, across two streets and into parking lot. He walked way ahead of us, so much so that we could not see him at some points. Then the car...I requested a luxury sedan and we got a Denali. I am handicapped and cannot climb into a truck, so the driver had to help lift me in... Very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me. During the ride he asked me to initial something on the bill and apparently I initialed in the wrong spot , and he fussed about it. Then he wanted me to tell the police I was handicapped, although I didn't know why as I could not understand him. (turns out it was so he could turn on a street that was blocked) I told the policeman that and was questioned a bit by police as to what I was saying, where I was going, etc. and told them the driver wanted me to tell them that, and then he started yelling at me again. He yelled at me several times throughout the ride. On top of that, he was on the phone quite a lot, and was even texting during some of it. We used a different company for our return trip to the airport, - night and day difference.
