On the way into New York, we had paid the extra $10 for the driver to meet us inside at baggage claim, but that did not happen. He told us he could not do that but didn't explain why. Other than that one issue, both drivers were timely, friendly, and helpful. We especially enjoyed Rodney, he was great!
