My vehicle was delayed because of an unexpected flat. I was quickly alerted to the issue by phone and a new car dispatched. I only had to wait about an extra 10 minutes past my originally requested pick up time. The car was exceptionally clean. The driver was friendly and very professional. A great experience overall, considering the need for quick problem solving. Highly recommended.
