First car taking me from manhattan to Newark was fantastic, easy to track on the app and driver arrived early which wasn't an issue it was welcomed due to heavy manhattan traffic.
However, second ride was not as impressive. Driver was late picking me up and I ended up having to call to chase them up.
They did answer and my driver arrived within five minutes, but at a cost to myself using an EU phone in the USA I wasn't happy. The app also didn't update on drivers location kept saying 34 minutes away for nearly 45 minutes.
