I am satisfied. There was one snafu that caused a delay in the pick-up . But the system was robust enough to recover albeit with lost time. The snafu was that the driver failed to meet us in the airport terminal as as contracted. When the situation was finally understood, we did meet the driver outside the terminal.
Please reimburse my credit card for the cost ($10.00 plus all taxes/fees thereof) of having the driver meet the customer inside the terminal. Thank you.
Nevertheless, I look forward to using Allatate in the future.
