The driver was not to be found until I'd made 2-3 calls to the office. All staff at the office were very helpful. In the future, it'd help for the driver to be aware and to at least apologize for making the customer wait. It was a little difficult for me as I had a kid - otherwise I wouldn't have minded as much.
