Driver was friendly. Drove well. Confusion over payment. Husband made reservation, so didn't know if it was prepaid. Driver didn't know. Called you. Put on hold. Seems like he should have had the info. Also I was not sure if gratuity was included when booked or if additional tip was appropriate.
