Paid extra for a meet and greet service inside the terminal at Newark but the driver was not there.
Had to make several phone calls to the office (costing me around £8 in international calls on my mobile). The office was very helpful and eventually the driver appeared outside.
Transfer to hotel was fine and I was happy with the service apart from the meet & greet mix up. It's the last thing you want after a 8 hour flight.
