Excellent, well-maintained vehicles . . . the driver picking us up at the airport was very good, knowledgeable and friendly.
However, the driver taking us from the hotel to the airport does not need to be taking personal calls on his cell phone while transporting customers. Patti had to ask him to hang up his phone . . . he apologized and we got to the airport safely but that is not a good practice in NYC traffic. This kept you from getting a 5-star rating.
